In this type of franchise, the owner will be responsible for running one unit within an assigned territory (usually, a number of miles or zip codes) to be covered by the unit in operation.

PASTEL GOURMET usually grants single units to individuals that plan on being involved initially as a full-time owner operator and promote the services and products that we offer. It is also considered a big plus when a single unit franchisee may, at a later stage, seek for approval to open up further units within the same franchise network.

Here are four types of modules, also called Pastel Gourmet Centers (PGC’s), available to choose from and each one has been specially designed to attend the different demands of the area in which it will be installed.
